Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery Times
• United States: most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks from the day you order.
• International: most orders arrive within 3–4 weeks from the day you order. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum spend. Orders to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE and Malaysia ship for a flat $12.99, and ship free on orders of $75 or more. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

Where Your Order Ships From
We fulfil through our supply partners, and your order may ship from a domestic or an overseas warehouse depending on the item. The delivery estimates above already account for both.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

Delays & Disruptions
Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as weather, holidays, customs, or carrier delays — may affect delivery times. Orders to the European Union will be delivered within 30 days of purchase; if we are unable to meet that deadline, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at pureglowjewelry@pureglowjewelry.com and we'll do our best to assist.
