Frequently Asked Questions
Tarnishing depends on the material. Solid 925 sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time. For plated pieces, the finish can wear with use. Check each product’s material details and follow its care instructions.
We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Prolonged exposure to water and sweat can affect the finish over time.
Sensitivities vary from person to person, so every product page lists the exact base metal, finish and a sensitive-skin note. Our plated pieces may contain trace nickel in the base metal. If you have a severe metal allergy, email us before ordering and we'll help you choose.
Every piece in the store ships from a U.S. warehouse. Orders go out within 1–2 business days and most U.S. orders arrive 3–5 business days after you order. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Store your pieces in a cool, dry place — ideally in the pouch or box provided. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing to keep them looking their best.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in original condition. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at pureglowjewelry@pureglowjewelry.com and we'll make it right.
