FAQ

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?

We prepare and ship your order within 3–7 business days. After that, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–3 weeks from the day you order, and most international orders within 3–4 weeks. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carrier delays are outside our control.

Why does it take that long?

We're a small boutique, not a warehouse. We fulfil through our supply partners, and your order may ship from a domestic or an overseas warehouse depending on the item. That's how we keep prices where they are. The estimates above already account for both.

What does shipping cost?

Free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum spend. Orders to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE and Malaysia ship for a flat $12.99 — and free on orders of $75 or more.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your own country. These aren't included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to start updating — a number that shows nothing yet is normal.

My tracking says delivered but nothing arrived.

Please check with neighbours and your local post office first — that resolves most cases. If it doesn't, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help.

I'm in the EU. What are my rights?

Orders to the European Union will be delivered within 30 days of purchase. If we can't meet that, you have the right to cancel for a full refund.

Returns

What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If something isn't right, email us and we'll sort it out.

Materials & Quality

What is my piece actually made of?

Every product page names the base metal, the finish and the stone wherever our supplier confirms them — 925 sterling silver, gold-plated steel, plated alloy, cubic zirconia, and lab-created, simulated or natural gemstones. If a piece is plated, we say so. Where our supplier doesn't identify a stone or metal, we say that too rather than guessing.

Is it real silver or gold?

It depends on the piece, and the product page tells you which. Some items are solid 925 sterling silver. Others are sterling silver or brass with a gold or rhodium plating over the top — plating is a surface layer, not solid gold. A few are gold vermeil. We never describe a plated piece as solid.

I have sensitive skin. Will this bother me?

Sensitivities vary from person to person, so every product page lists the exact base metal, finish and a sensitive-skin note. Plated brass and alloy pieces may contain trace nickel in the base metal. If you have a severe metal allergy, email us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Will the plating wear off?

Plating is a surface layer and it will wear over time — that's true of all plated jewelry, at any price. How fast depends on how you treat it. Our Jewelry Care Guide covers how to make it last.

Sizing

What ring sizes do you carry?

Rings are listed in U.S. sizes, and most styles run from 5 to 9 — but availability varies by style, and the sizes shown on each product page are the only ones we can ship. Some rings have an adjustable opening, which means no size is needed. See our Ring Size Guide to find yours.

Caring For Your Jewelry

How should I look after it?

Remove it before showering, swimming or exercising. Keep it away from perfume and lotion. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear, and store it dry. Sterling silver tarnishes with air and moisture — that's normal and it cleans up. Full details in our Jewelry Care Guide.
