Find Your Ring Size
Our rings are listed in U.S. sizes, and most styles come in sizes 5 to 9. Some rings are adjustable, which means they open slightly to fit a range of fingers β the product page always says which.
π Measure at Home (2 minutes)
You'll need a strip of paper about 4 inches long and half an inch wide, a pen, and a ruler with millimeters.
- Wrap the paper strip snugly around the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on β snug, but not tight enough to leave a mark.
- Mark where the paper overlaps.
- Unwrap it and measure from the end to your mark in millimeters. That's your finger's circumference.
- Find that number in the chart below.

π Already Have a Ring That Fits?
Lay it on a ruler and measure straight across the inside of the band, in millimeters. Match that to the βinside diameterβ column above. Measure a ring that fits the same finger on the same hand β most people's fingers differ between hands.
π€ Between Two Sizes?
- Go up to the larger size if you're between sizes. A slightly loose ring is far more wearable than one that won't come off.
- Wide bands fit tighter than thin ones. If the band is chunky, size up.
- Fingers change during the day. They're smallest in the morning and in cold weather, and largest in the evening, in heat, and after exercise. Measure at the end of the day for the truest fit.
- Larger knuckles? Size for the knuckle, not the base of the finger β the ring has to get over it.
π Buying It as a Gift?
If you can't ask without spoiling the surprise, borrow a ring she already wears and measure the inside diameter. If you're unsure, a necklace, adjustable bracelet or earrings avoid the sizing question altogether β or choose one of our adjustable rings.
β Sizes That Aren't U.S. Numbers
A few of our rings are listed in the supplier's own size numbers rather than U.S. sizes. If a ring's sizes look unfamiliar, email us at pureglowjewelry@pureglowjewelry.com before you order and we'll confirm the exact measurement for you. We reply within 1 business day.
